Design of an air compressor unit
A new identity was given to the existing, very successful Ingersol Rand air compressor to cater to a
totally different competitive market segment - the MSMEs in India.
We styled the product and agave a very distinct outer shape to create a visual identity. The other
challenge to give a shape that can cater to 6 different sizes and capacities. Also the product was
made in sheet metal powder coated to keep it low cost in development as well as unit cost.
The brand identity was also created which included the logo design, color graphics and placement of
various other thing.
